Yuè is the Chinese word for Moon.

 

 

Tracing the evolution of letters, 

U = W (double U); E = H (eta), so YUE = YWH, a name for God in  Hebrew. This deity, like the Moon, is associated with water-related miracles such as parting the Red Sea.

 

Thoth, the Egyptian god of the Moon, was considered the god of intelligence and writing.

 

The Moon, has been discovered to be older than the Earth, or even the solar system. It might have been the source of Earth's water, when a spectacular cosmic encounter caused Earth's gravity to siphon the water off the Moon.

Earth is part of the Sagittarius dwarf galaxy colliding with the Milky Way Galaxy. Y sky, U pour, E heaven.  OOWAY . Water waver. The power of water in the skY.

YUE - forms a trident. Lift up a fork Y; round it, U; and add 3 tines to the fork to make a trident, or trishula. The trident is the emblematic sceptre weapon of Neptune / Poseidon, god of the oceans. Trishula is associated with Shiva, who wears a crescent moon.

​

Compare YUE to YULE is marks the end and beginning of a lunar year; the solstice, when the sun returns in the depths of winter. The days grow longer. It is an emblem of resurrection and the promise of renewed life.
